"Crizotinib" is the Drug / Molecule content in "Xalkori”. It has an aminopyridine structure, and functions as a protein kinase inhibitor Crizotinib blocks an enzyme called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Blocking this enzyme stops the growth of cells.
